"With much delay I finish to realize the review of this incredible release and comes the sad conclusion, I envy The Legals.

In the absence of the most hardcore fans of the band, the good production of the new album is valid yes, situation even provoked in the track "Relação em Pratos Limpos", and for those who thought that the irreverence was smoothed over time, it was in fact it is stoned , which was once a rough diamond (or coal, as you prefer) is now a portentous piece of jewelry. Do not deceive yourself with false prophets.

What is cool about this CD is precisely this chaotic and at the same time fluid and childish subversion, as if children decided to take the world and recreate it as if they were adults. The shocking result is sublime and tender, in total disconnect from frozen standards of ethics and morality, even because this is a big people thing, surprising to expose how we are bound up with our ideals and ideas. This strangeness and enjoyment, or at worst doubts, are enough to differentiate and value a bunch of brats who apparently do not even know what is playing in front of another unnecessary methodical and classic band, and that is special, unique . Always from the beginning I hated the idiot proposal of the band, even because it bothered me to be worse than the band that had also played, Alpha Asian Malaria. And what seemed to be just a joke has evolved into a broader concept, thing misplaced in this genre of Noise, Anti-Music.

What these guys have done over the years shows that the recycling not only of styrofoam but of ideas made this release especially, Ar Silvestre, in a watershed in the genre, proving that it's not just Anti-Music, it's Music!

It's the unthinkable and impossible (until then) union of Noise with Pop! Even if it is a compilation of sounds since the band has a huge collection of songs recorded and not yet released, the selection for this CD was inspired and divine! Turning noises into complex harmonies is not Merzbow's unique quality, we have here surely a copy worthy of Brazilian culture, without the easy formulas of regionalization, which can face equally with any world icon.

I see Os Legais as a vanguard in experimental music, but I think they'd better not know that. The fact is that this CD is a masterpiece and few will be able to perceive the subtleties and details that justify such a pattern without sticking to the alleged childlike humor, the humor that exists is not that attenuating interval of the violent atmosphere, it is natural and Siamese to violence is the other facet of the same cube that leads to Hellraiser's hell. A hell of a buffoon, buck, Joker, Joker, clown, with the advantage of being reversed after the end of the hearing ... not totally!

You know, they could do a song about sneaking in the face of a malformed fetus to sound like a lullaby about the declaration of female independence!

After all, who is worthy, men to evolve and build weapons and spacecraft or plants that simply repopulated a desert planet and rebuilt their lives? I'll take the plants and the whales. Although spacecrafts are cool also..."
